Re-elected as Erie County Clerk of Courts on November 3, 2020. Term begins January 4, 2021.
On December 3, 2011, the Erie County Democratic Party Central Committee appointed Luvada as Acting Clerk of Courts upon the sudden passing of then Erie County Clerk of Courts Barbara Johnson. Luvada was first elected to her first full term on November 6, 2012 and is currently serving her third full term as Erie County Clerk of Courts.
