NOTE: If mailing your Absentee Ballot By Mail,
it must be postmarked no later than Monday, November 4, 2024.
NOTE: If you don’t plan to mail your Absentee Ballot By Mail,
it must be returned at the Erie County Board of Elections
no later than 7:30pm on Election Day, Tuesday, November 5, 2024.
You can return it to the office or drop in the outside drive-up dropbox.

The Erie County Board of Elections has installed a drive-up dropbox!
East side of the Erie County Water Dept. bldg., 2900 Columbus Ave.
The box is accessible 24/7, and is also under surveillance 24/7.
Voter registration forms, absentee ballot applications
and absentee ballots can be deposited in the box.
Absentee ballots must be deposited no later than 7:30pm 
Election Day, Tuesday, November 5, 2024.

NOTE:
If you are assisting another voter with the return of a ballot,
you MUST see a board of elections official who can provide you
with the NECESSARY attestation form.

If you are in line at a polling site before 7:30pm,
STAY IN LINE!
Once in line, you are able to vote!
